Ten, Night, Eight is a sweet book from my cousin that quickly became a family favorite. Sure, they recited “one, two, three” (or some cute variation of it), but I wanted them to get a hang of various math concepts.Īs usual, I turned to children’s books about numbers - fun ones with the simple purpose of introducing numbers and counting along. They recognized letters pretty well, but would they do the same with numbers? Once I had gotten my twins reading books about letters and the alphabet, the next thing to do was to introduce them to numbers and math activities.
